Nicola Snell Company Director

I have always loved business since I was tiny when I cleaned my Dad’s shoes for 25p a pair (slave driver!), and was soon selling cards at local schools, making earrings or walking dogs.  After uni I travelled the world before coming back home when I was 23 and launching zero2one PR.  This then led to me starting Press Loft, which then led to Trend Life and I always have new ideas in the pipeline – I’m never without a business plan!

  • My interior style is:

a very unintentionally eclectic mix of Country / French with a bit of Alpine Lodge thrown in for good measure.

  • Best ever home-ware purchase?

Sweetpea and Willow French-style bed – my bed is the place I live to be in – being a Mum of one little toddler and one on the way, it’s my haven!

  • What's on your wishlist for 2013?

A Nespresso Citiz coffee machine for my daily decaf fix, Uppababy double buggy for the arrival of the next baby and a  beautifully made Danish wooden Moover Pram for Rosie.

  • Your trend tip for 2013?

Thankfully for my tastes, ditch the co-ordination this year, it’s all about mixing patterns

Kate Senior Account Manager

My background is in interior styling and I have previously worked as a freelancer for Wallpaper*, Elle Decoration, Living etc. and House & Garden amongst others, as well as on catalogue shoots for Heal’s, John Lewis and Laura Ashley, before making my mark at zero2one. In my spare time I write an interior style blog, and love to scour the globe for inspiring finds.

  • I couldn't live without...?

My laptop and internet connection! As an interiors blogger I find myself hyperventilating if I’m out of touch for too long!

  • What is on your wishlist for 2013?

An 80th anniversary edition of Alvar Aalto’s classic Stool 60  for Artek, by German designer Mike Meiré.

  • Your trend tip for 2013?

Last year, ikat was everywhere and tribal patterns will continue to pervade interior design in 2013. Bold and colorful, tribal patterns are especially suited for eclectic design or traditional spaces needing a touch of the unexpected.

  • My interior style is:

Mid-Century Modern with a contemporary Scandinavian twist.

Anja Account Manager

I guess you could call me veteran of the team, having been living and breathing and dreaming interiors PR for three years now. Coming from a design background (I studied graphic design to HND and degree level), I still do a little on the side (there is currently a tennis club, a squash club and a couple of charities using logos and mastheads with my fingermarks all over them). Prior to zero2one I dabbled in a little bit of beauty and music PR, worked for a newspaper, freelanced for a digital agency, worked in a theatre and DJ'd from time to time.

  • My interior style is:

Industrial all the way. I did flirt a bit with retro ditsy, but it didn’t become my living space. I need a bit of edge in my life.

  • Best ever home-ware purchase?

A lovely aged globe, it looks like someone has soaked it in coffee overnight. I love it is it combines two of the greatest things in life; vintage and geography.

  • What's on your wishlist for 2013?

    A new kitchen (wishful thinking!)

I’m on the hunt for vintage neon sign or two – the shabbier or kitschier, the better!

  • Your trend tip for 2013?

Back to basics. I’m a big fan of the Raw Style, that is exposed elements visible in architecture and furniture. Stone surfaces and grainy woods that pull that rustic look of the outdoors into the modern home.

Roxanne Account Executive

After studying Public Relations at Southampton Solent University I always knew I wanted to go into the fabulous world of PR. I started out working for an independent publisher where I was in charge of marketing their book catalogue before finding my home at zero2one.

  • My interior style:

Eclectic – I enjoy mixing all the different styles that I love to create a ‘chocolate box’ house full of quirky little gems.

  • Best ever home-ware purchase?

My vintage fringed lamp – I love to read at night!

  • What's on your wishlist for 2013?

I’ve got really into baking, so would love a brightly coloured KitchenAid mixer

  • Your trend tip for 2013?

The ombre trend has moved from your luscious locks and landed in your home. The trend is perfect for updating any old and tired furniture.

Lucy Account Executive

The newest addition to the team, I studied French at Sussex University before moving to London. After a brief foray into journalism and a trip around Asia I find myself here at zero2one, well and truly settled into the world of interiors PR.

  • My interior style:

A real mish-mash of family heirlooms, globetrotter’s souvenirs and framed artwork.

  • What’s on your wish list for 2013?

A giant ‘Soul’ sign from The West Vintage Trading Company and a retro coffee table.

  • Your top trend for 2013?

Since being named as Pantone’s colour of 2013, Emerald has exploded onto the interiors scene. If colourful furniture isn’t your thing, update your living room with Emerald cushions or a lamp instead.
